If a panel says wait, loading, closed or locked, do not keep tapping the same area. Give the screen time to settle.
Timer pace
A fast clock is a pause sign.
A timer can create pressure even when nothing is wrong. Read it as screen information, not as a command.
Fast countdown
A short countdown may make the room feel urgent. Step back if you cannot read the room name, prompt and current state comfortably.
Repeated prompts
Repeated popups are a sign to stop and check context. A clean choice starts after the screen is calm and readable.
